Shortest Explanation:
Well, THAT is a problem to me, too.

Short Explanation:
Unicode characters take up either 8, 16 or 32bits to store in RAM.
ASCII characters take up 8bits to store.
By logical reasoning:
1) Unicode characters take up one times, twice or quadruple the space of ASCII characters.
2) So we should be able to fit in 600, [(600 / 2) = 300] or [(600 / 4) = 150] Unicode characters into our messages

However, I ran some tests and it appears that CBox servers regard Unicode characters as TRIPLE the size of ASCII characters
Long story short: 200 is the maximum amount of Unicode characters you can send, sorry.
• The Unicode characters aren't displaying properly on my browser!
I, too, ran tests.
It appears that Chrome and IE don't really like Unicode characters.
The browser that supports the most number of COMMON and POPULAR Unicode characters is Firefox,
Hardly Surprising.
